MSc in IoT:Embedded Computing Systems: My Masters Journey
In December 2021, I embarked on a journey that would redefine my understanding of technology and innovation. Joining the African Centre of Excellence in Internet of Things (ACEIoT) at the University of Rwanda, I pursued an MSc in Internet of Things specialised in Embedded Computing Systems.
The program was rigorous, blending theoretical knowledge with practical applications. With the help and guidance of different Lecturers and professors, I delved deep into embedded systems, sensor networks, and real-time data processing, System-on-Chip. Their guidance was instrumental in honing my skills and pushing the boundaries of my understanding.
One of the highlights was my thesis project, where I developed an innovative solution aimed at enhancing real-time monitoring systems. This project not only tested my technical prowess but also taught me the importance of perseverance and adaptability.

December 2023 marked a significant milestone as I successfully defended my thesis. The culmination of years of hard work, sleepless nights, and relentless problem-solving. The official graduation on 25 October 2024 was a moment of immense pride, as I stood among peers, celebrating our collective achievements.

Graduating as the Best MSc performer was an honor that reaffirmed my commitment to excellence. The journey at ACEIoT has equipped me with the tools and mindset to tackle real-world challenges. As I look to the future, I am excited to apply these skills in innovative projects that bridge the gap between technology and societal needs.

Celebrating with mentors and fellow graduates.
This journey has been more than an academic pursuit; it's been a transformative experience that has prepared me to contribute meaningfully to the ever-evolving field of IoT. I am grateful for the knowledge gained, the relationships built, and the challenges overcome. Here's to the next chapter of innovation and impact.
